Artur Francisco da Silva graduated in law in 2002 from the Universidade Paulista’s Law School (São Paulo), with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law (2006) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (São Paulo). He is a member of the São Paulo Section of the Brazilian Bar Association.
